I help people build the right thing, build the thing right, build healthy teams, and make their customers wildly successful. I've worked with startups, large enterprises, United States government agencies, and non-technical founders. I've led product development and customer success teams, managed incredible people, and owned significant renewal quotas.

I talk as comfortably about no-code technologies as I do Kubernetes. I pair with Fortune 500 CTOs as effectively as I do with non-technical founders.

Work


I currently run the Federal Customer Success team for VMware Tanzu. Previously, I built out the Customer Success team at XAPPmedia. Before THAT, I worked in Product Management for Pivotal Labs and two startups that aren't around anymore.

  • VMware Built the Federal Customer Success team from the ground up, owning an 8-figure line of business. I define how we engage with our customers, track toward outcomes, and measure customer health.

  • Pivotal Labs I was the first product manager hired to the Washington DC office. I led engagements for Fortune 500 clients and US Government agencies, helping transform the processes and methodologies the use to build software. VMware acquired Pivotal in December 2019.

  • MACH37 I teach lean methods and customer-centricity for this cyber-security startup accelerator.

  • #BlackFemaleFounders I'm the technical director for this accelerator and teach non-technical founders how to bring their software to life.

  • Facilitation Hero I'm building online courses and tools to help people become better facilitators at work.
